Recording Policy


The Jambalaya strictly ENCOURAGES the photographing of, and or audio/video recording (commonly known as "Taping") of its public performances as long as use of the resulting media is strictly limited to private consumption and/or NON commercial distribution in accordance with the Terms of Use herein incorporated by reference. Photographers & Tapers are welcome to Contact Us in advance of a gig and we will put you on our VIP list, however if you just show up at a Jambalaya thing and meet resistance from the venue, please come see one of us on stage, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If you get anything good, please share it with us!


Privacy Policy

The Jambalaya Thing is the sole owner of the information collected on the The Jambalaya Thing web site. The Jambalaya Thing collects information from users at specific places on its web site.

The Jambalaya Thing complies with all California State and Federal laws regarding spam. The Jambalaya Thing will not send more than two (2) emails per month to members on its mailing list. If you have opted into our list and you receive more than two emails per month, or if you have not opted into our list and you receive unsolicited commercial email purporting to be from The Jambalaya Thing, please notify us immediately!
